TRITON will, within
one year from date of purchase, repair or replace, at
their discretion, the movement of your TRITON watch,
if such movement proves to be defective in material
or workmanship under normal use.
In the event of a
claim while your watch is under warranty, please return
your watch to the address listed below. Please include
your name, address, a description of the problem, and
your return information (address, phone no, e-mail address,
etc.) with the watch. Include a $15.00 check for shipping
costs (all shipping costs are your responsibility).
FOR YOUR PROTECTION, INSURE
WATCH FOR AT LEAST ITS PURCHASE PRICE OR REPLACEMENT
COST.

IMPORTANT
- Warranty does not cover:
- Water
infiltration due to failure to completely screw
down the crown or leaving crown out on non-screw-down
models.
- Damage
resulting from improper handling, lack of care,
accidents, or normal wear.

Watchband, or glass.

Repairs
For routine care and maintenance or repairs outside
of TRITON’s limited warranty, consult with your
local authorized TRITON dealer or professional watch
technician.
To submit a warranty claim, contact
us to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA)
prior to sending us your TRITON watch. Ship us your
watch, fully insured for its full replacement value,
along with the RMA number and a US$15 check made out
to TRITON, for shipping and handling fees. We will service
and promptly return your watch when the repair works
is completed.

For replacement parts, such as straps or links, contact
TRITON by e-mail, telephone or fax for part prices and
availability. Be sure to include the model name, number,
color and your contact information in your inquiries. |
